Now that you have a nice supply of food to sustain you for a bit, you should take some time to relax and chill. There still might be some lingering fear and anxiety, but for now try to understand that yes, everything is going to be okay.
Make yourself a nice cup of tea and watch your favorite episode of Glee. Do some yoga or go for a walk outside. Play with your puppy. Enjoy a couple pieces of pure dark chocolate. Read an old favorite book. Nap.

Relax and breathe.
If trying to relax isn’t your thing, you might try getting angry instead. Find a punching bag and give it a good pounding.

Something important to remember is to be grateful. So many people are undiagnosed or misdiagnosed Celiacs who have to live with symptoms, possibly taking various medications to treat the symptoms of a disease that can instead be controlled by diet. You are in charge of getting better, and it won’t take any expensive prescriptions or fancy pieces of equipment.
